My Mother sent me a gift(parsel) containing a pair of branded sports shoes, a new track suit and an old branded jacket through Trackon Courier private ltd. From Rohtak, Haryana to Pune, Maharashtra. And gave the same to theur centre at Rohtak on 14th january 2019 vide tracking no. [protected]. While checking on site the last update is showing that this consignment left from Delhi airport hub to pune hub on 16.01.2019 at 04:16 AM... Several time my sister have visited their courier centre as well as their headoffice to get the correct position of the parsel but everytime they postpone or make excuses.. and now they are not even ready to talk... and saying the parsel is lost nd they won't even bear any cost for that.. its really frustating now.
