I had bought a smart hand watch from the website https://www.zookr.in @ 1699/- it was packed very beautifully but when I unpacked it the watch didn't respond or unable to switch on even after charger plugged in, then I called to its customer care on [protected] & [protected] from the other side the guy said me to ask my debit card no., PIN, expiry date & CVV since I have heard that never give these type of sensitive information to any person I refused for that then very smartly the guy asked me to download a software on my mobile from which he may access my mobile phone, then it was not very far for me that it is a fraud when argued him he disconnected the phone, I am uploading the purchase snapshot for your ready reference, kindly help me to refund my valuable amount...
