1. On 6th october i have applied connection. 2. On 7th october sales person visited my home and took 1750 inr and said installation team will contact you within 3 days, we have feasibility in this are so don't worry. 3. I haven't received any call from act in last 12 days and i am giving call to them on daily basis. 4. On 15th october they confirmed there is no feasibility in your area. 5. The most funny part - on 16th another sales guy called me and asking about money and documentation. 6. I called customer care they confirmed over call that they have taken a refund request it will take another 15 days. I have received below message from act fiber on 8th october: Dear customer, your account no.[protected] will be activated by 12/10/2017. Helpline[protected] thank you for choosing act fibernet!
