Dear madam/sir,

A postpaid connection i. E [protected] is/was on my name. To migrate from postpaid to prepaid, i submitted required application form and required documents with due payment to vodafone outlet of connaught place in the middle of the month of january, 2017. After that a new sim card has been
Provided to me and direction was given that new sim card is to be used after closed the old sim. After submitting migration requesting, my vodafone sim was unused till now. New sim card bearing no. Is[protected] 61489 sy.

After two months, it was noticed that the old sim was not closed and the monthly bill was being debited from my credit card as smart payment as the month of feb 2017, rs. 77.72 and march 2017, rs. 113.86 had been paid from my credit card as smart payment.

In this connection, i mailed on 08.03.17 to vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com and 15.03.17, 16.03.17, 18.03.17 and 7.7.2017 to /vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com as service request number[protected]. I stopped payment for bill from april, 2017 with request to disconnect that post paid number. I also informed them that i am posted out of delhi as service in nia, govt of india.

The sim is not closed till date and bill is being received in every month with adding previous bill with late payment charge rs. 25/- or rs. 50/-. It also mentioned that the sim is not being used totally from the middle of the month jan 2017 to till date.

They always directed to me to go a outlet centre of delhi and submit documents etc for disconnection or migrate the sim. As i posted in north east region of india, i have no need to go delhi near future. It is not possible to go delhi only for sim card purpose. I am able to send documents to them by mail or by post and payment on line to disconnect the connection. One more request that the payment should be ride off or negotiated because i am not using the sim at least.

Without properly studying a unsatisfied and unjustified reply has been delivered to me. I submitted my present 03 contacts number to calling me. You was not tried on my mentioned numbers except [protected] to avoid me as a unresponsively as stated that switch off.

Once again, i explain my complaint to you to solve the problem to avoid complicacy in future.

Regarding migration of my postpaid vodafone mobile number [protected] to a prepaid number, i visited vodafone store of connaught place, new delhi in the middle of january 2017. I submitted a valid photo id proof, a valid address proof etc. With customer information form duly filled by me. I also paid all dues at that time as demanding by store. After completing all formalities, a new sim card bearing no.[protected] 61489 sy had been provided to me for purpose of prepaid number.

Recently, the matter has come in my notice that the migration of postpaid vodafone mobile number [protected] to a prepaid account has not done in spite of all completion as required and monthly bill has been generated as postpaid connection and debited automatically from my credit card as smart pay system.

In this connection, i am stated that i have no any fault. I completed all formalities for migration my postpaid number to prepaid number by visiting vodafone store. As a prove i am keeping the new sim which had been provided to me for prepaid purpose.

Therefore, i again request for migration my postpaid number [protected] to prepaid connection at the earliest and refund all amounts which was claimed after completing all formalities for migration to till now.

It is also requested to arrange a call on my present numbers only (I) +91 - [protected] (Ii) +91- [protected] (Iii[protected]. I shall not be available on vodafone no. [protected]. So, you don't try to call on [protected] like previous to avoid responsibility.

I request that you give reply after calling with me and properly studying the matter. Don't waste time with giving worst reply.

It is also mentioned that i am in nia, govt. Of india, and now staying out of delhi for long period. So, i can not visit again at vodafone store, new delhi.

number is not reflected.



it is also informed you that presently i am out of new delhi as servicing in nia, ministry of home

payment as i have no any fault and i am not using for any out going call. I am keeping the new sim

card

as a prove.



it is also informed you that presently i am out of new delhi as serviced in nia, govt. Of india and i

will be available in delhi after june 2017.



if you not convert to prepaid from post paid then the sim will be closed for ever as per due payment.
