I contacted dish customer care regarding the implementation of trai guidelines and they cheated me by saying that the new guidelines would come into effect from jan 31.. While in the trai website it clearly mentions that the order has come into effect from december 28 and avoid last minute hassle before 31.. I need the dishtv to implement immediately the trai guidelines on my viewing card...
