I had ordered one bluetooth speaker with few free peripherals like cable hands free through http://esalesoffer.com cash on delivery from my mobile, i received a damaged and duplicate order with broken box and packing even the bluetooth speaker is sounding poor with hissing noise it was delivered from ecom express. Now when i wanting a return followed by refund i dropped a mail to esales ([protected]@esalesoffer.com) and ecomexpress in this regard but didn't got any reply even i tried all the customer care number either its switched off or busy i tried so many times on:[protected],[protected],
