I ordered shoes from club factory & received defective peice when i am complaint about this to club factory customer care they are saying that for return i have to bare courier charges.. Product cost 863 /-.. And again i have to bare 420/- courier charges for there mistake and i sent many pics but still they are not agreeing to take back.. Here cost is not matters but why customer need to bare for return the product for there mistake... Please help on this... Was this information helpful? | |||||
