Akosha.com — not able to apply for appsc group 1 examination

My name is j n murthy, my otpr id for andhra pradesh public service comission is ap[protected]. I am not able to apply for group1 examination.in fact the link itself is not available for my username after logging in. The attached screen shot displays the same. I have written to the mails available on the official portal and could not get their response and there are no phone numbers available to reach them. Please look into the issue as the last dates are approaching i am worried.
