Akosha.com — ola share miserable experience

I booked a ola share cab yesterday hr61c3891 - white xcent. Total fare was rs.479 and i paid it through ola money. The problem arised was that the driver delayed while picking me up and then he started roaming here and there whereas there were two more bookings, the co-passengers fought in cab for their drops and i really had a safety issue so i got down at nearest metro station and boarded metro and left ride in between. I have really faced a bad time wid ola service and i need my refund as i havn't travelled by this cab.
