I ordered the below product in shop clues.com site on 2nd may 2017.

'order number[protected] for spy keychain hidden camera motion detection audio video recording + tut cd free'

They say the order has been delivered and show a page in which someone has signed and it is not matching with any of our family members.in spite of sending several mail about this, they keep on telling that 'the order has been delivered. I presume that the courier has given the material in a wrong address without verifying the addressee id or forged the signature.
I have sent email to the courier company and they don't respond.
Request your help in this regard please.

Thanks for your response. As i explained over phone, none of our family members have signed and received the below order. It seems courier person has given this to some other person without verifying the id and address proof document. The signature is not matching with our family members signs. When i rang up to 'last mile delivery' - the corier company to explain this, no one is answering my call. They do not respond to my email [copy given below] sent to them too.
Please arrange to deliver the material or refund the money.

Please ask your chennai people to contact me. I am trying to reach you over phone and mobile number given in your website, but in vain. No one picked up. Giving wrong info about delivery in your website is not fair. Please ask your chennai delivery personnel to speak to me.
