I am surendra a prime member of amazon. I have problem with two orders.

1. Moto e5 plus mobile.
I order a mobile moto e5 plus on 10th aug, and product was delivered on 11th aug. The product was defective so a replacement request was created on 14th aug with guaranteed delivery date 16th aug. I was clear all data on 16th morning as the product was our for deliver on 16th, but around 5pm i received a message the product was undelivered due to unavailability of customer, that was fully wrong, even i had not received any call from courier agent. I called to the courier agent (Mobile no provided by amazon) and he told me the packet is not with him. I called customer care several times but they told false promise to me every time. On next day 17th aug the product was again not delivered. On next to next day i received a sms that the product is out for delivery, i again called the courier agent to confirm that he has the packet or not. He told me the product must be deliver by 3pm today. Till 7pm my product was not delivered, i again called the agent and he told me to come to a place that is 1-2 km away from my house to collect the mobile. I was without phone since last 3 days, so i collected the phone from 1-2 km away.

2. Gamme polycarbonate 36 cms multi children's luggage

Date: 6th august 2018

I ordered a kid’s trolley bag from amazon on 6th of august 2018 as a birthday gift for my 5 year old niece whose birth date was on 12th of august 2018. As a prime customer i was expecting the gift will reach on or before 12th august; but the actual story of delayed product delivery starts here.

“neither my product is delivered till now (26th august 2018) nor i am able to cancel; because of amazon policy”

After 12th august when my order was not delivered, i decided to wait till the expected delivery date which was 18th of august. I was repeatedly giving commitment to my niece that her gift would get arrive on or before 18th august.

Date: 16th august 2018

Courier location on 16th august: champa (Chattisgarh)

Delivery location: tamnar (Raigarh, chattisgarh)

Distance between champa to raigarh is 200 km

On 16th of august, gati courier (Who is allocated by amazon for product delivery) updated the tracking status on their site with false statement that “unable to deliver the product as the customer was unavailable”.

But the truth was that the product was far away from the actual delivery location i. E.in champa (200km away from the delivery location) and also courier people didn’t contact us even once. After calling to the courier people whose number was sent to us via message. He updated us that gati don’t send the courier to our location.

My question to amazon is,

If gati courier don’t deliver the product to our location then why amazon accepted our pincode and started processing our order? The tracking details for this order in amazon clearly show that the product is still in champa location. Now you can imagine the above statement by gati courier service is false.

We complained this incident to amazon customer service repeatedly but they keep on proving false promise and finally they neither took any strong action against gati courier service for their false update nor was our product delivered. They make me believe that they will take action against courier company and also the product will be delivered on 18th august 2018.

Date: 18th august 2018

The expected product delivery date arrived but still the product is not delivered yet. While checking in amazon website the order tracking details still shows the location as champa.

I again called the amazon customer service. They told me that amazon people final product delivery date is two day plus the expected date i. E. The product will be delivered on 21st august. They also committed me for the same. As i have no other option i accepted this new date commitment of amazon.

Date: 21st august 2018

As 21st is the final date and also i was believing that amazon committed me to deliver it on today i was fully confident about the product delivery and so i called my niece that your gift will reach by today.

But the product was not delivered so i called amazon customer care and they told me that your gift will reach by tomorrow and also they confirmed me that they call me in morning to update the same.

Date: 22nd august 2018

I didn't have any call from amazon so i called them again. Now the product price on site falls down by rs 250 than the price that i had purchased. I again called the amazon customer executive but now their tone gets changed. They talked to me very rudely and the statement was also totally changed. They first try to force me that this was your mistake that you didn't pickup that call on 16th august 2018. After clarifying all the doubts to the customer care executive. They finally accepted that this is a courier company mistake. Now they told me that as an amazon policy only two options are there either replace or refund the product and also they forced me to accept one. When i deny for choosing any one option; then they finally disconnected the call. Immediately after the call, i got the message that the product is replaced and will reach on 3rd september and the courier company was also same (Gati courier).

I again called the amazon customer care. Now the customer care executive told me that the product is replaced with your permission.

Finally i decided to cancel the order (As i was mentally harassed by those people starting from the amazon’s cc executives to gati courier services and i did not want to go through the same procedure in a recursive manner); but the customer care executive told me that this product can't be cancelled now as this order is reinitiated at their end and if i wish to cancel the i have to call gati courier services to cancel and refund the product to amazon then only amazon will accept/start/allow cancelling the order. What rubbish!!!

We created the order using amazon; we should not be bothered about gati or any other courier services. It’s amazon’s responsibility whether to accept/reject/cancel the order based on entered pin code.

When i forced him to do the cancellation, the customer care executive told me that he has initiated the cancellation but it will take 14 days more to get my money back. I had no other option so i accepted his proposal.

Date: 26nd august 2018

When i checked the order detail this still shows that my product is not cancelled. Instead of taking action against the courier company (Gati courier) amazon again provided the same order to the same courier company (Gati courier).

Now i am unable to cancel the product also.

My niece birthday was totally spoiled with false commitments. I also wasted so much time by contacting the amazon customer care people by phone and emails. My order is still not delivered and also i am not able to cancel my order.

As a prime member customer i and my family were given above mental harassment benefits.

Thank you amazon for such worst services that you provides to prime member customers and the way you cheats!!!

I had never taken loan from Fullerton India and they had put my PAN No. in defaulters. Due to which I am not able to get any loan for bad civil score.
Complaining continuously no action is taken.
They had accepted their mistake but not remove my PAN No. From defaulters.
