I had book a ticket from dehli to srinagar on 19aug 2017 and travels date was 10sep2017 bearing pnr no xy3thj namely miss maryema akhter. I was made this booking through easemytrip.com and later on i had add an infant on this booking directly on spicejet.com and i made that payment through my jammu and kashmir internet banking. But due to some personal problem i had cancel the said booking partially through easemytrip customer care they cancel my booking and refund me 159rs only. And then i call to spicejet customer care regarding refund amount of infant they ask me we will refund you in working 15 to 20 days. Now today i again call to spicejet customer care but your customer care executive they tell me that we have already process your refund and you will collect it from easemytrip agency. Sir tell me onething when i add infant directly through spicejet website and i made my payment through internet banking so why did you transfer my refund amount to easemytrip agency and why would i receive my refund from easemytrip. Now i request your goodself please refund me my amount to my bank account otherwise i will lodge complaint at jammu and kashmir high court Was this information helpful? | |||||
