Updated by anilkiran kumar I booked a Sony earphone through Snapdeal worth Rs. 2119/- but I got duplicate and ordinary earphone. I immediately requested to Snapdeal to replace the item, but again same item placed to me and replacement order declined by them. when I enquired through phone but they told due to bar code of snapdeal not found on the product they not replaced the item . so plz. do needful at your end.
