Dear sir,

This mail is with reference to the consignment sent from us from chennai to bangalore. The product was a domestic ro machine which we specified during billing, the product is damaged when received in bangalore. The cost of product cost is rs.7000 and the damaged outer body is rs.4000. We have complained in both place i. E chennai as well as bangalore but not got proper response.
Please do the need full asap. Attached are the machine photos before and after packing.

Sir this is the worst transport and I have never seen these kind of transport like AKR because from Chennai to hosur they have charged ₹7.3 / kg may I know for what u are charging this much fare.. wether it is a flight service or what? any special services ???
