I had booked home cleaning service and upon reaching the team said we cant do all the cleaning and started throwing tantrums. They said i can cancel and i will get full refund but app doesnt allow me that
I think Urban company is fooling people and so are their service providers.
The team was on purpose being rude as they know I will cancel. Urbanc company may cut 20% for travel cost etc. but full 999 is unfair.
