Akt Enterprise — demanding money of rs 19k even though I have not received any mail

They first told me to complete contract and then they will provide with me for work but I didn't get any confirmation call or mail not even work but now after a month a lawyer from Vadodara is pestering me by telling they will put case in court pay me 11k I will get noc and bond cancellation and telling me he will put case and in court u have to pay at least 50k plz help me I am a student I can't pay so much
