I booked a house no. 525 in Feb 2017 and submitted all my docs for Loan processing along with booking amount Cheque of INR 25000/. Their behavior was very good till the time of booking and they promised if there is any problem in Loan approval they will refund the booking amount. They promised to process the loan before 31st Mar.2017 however nothing happened, No updates from builder and I called few times but no one answered my phone. One day they answered my phone and got some excuses why they did not answer my phone. That was in Apr.2017, they asked for my docs again for Loan processing and I provided all docs again. They have been asking for docs again and again till 28th June and after that I got a response saying that your Loan was not approved.
I replied, no problem that’s fine. Please let me know when should I visit your office to collect my refund amount of INR 25000/. That sales guy asked to send an email to sales and account department and you will get it. I did the same and sent 4 follow ups emails after that but no response on the email and I tried calling That sales guy and office numbers so many times but no one answered my phone calls and no email response yet. I don’t know if I would be getting my money beck or not. This builder is fraud and people working here are not professional.
I didn’t expect such behavior from this builder. Here people are sweet by mouth only till booking and once you book any flat with them they will make your life hell. So people please save yourself from such builders. Was this information helpful? |
