Dear sir, I am writing you a letter of request, Its been nearly 2yrears that I'm still waiting for my undergraduate certificate, I'm a passed out student of National College of Design in the batch[protected] as i m abroad i cannot afford to come to India each and every time, when I called my college to ask for the certificate they tell its has not come to the college, is that fair im mentally stressed because of my certificate, i cannot apply anywhere what shall i do. In that case i will go and see the immigration people of my country if they can get my certificate i will be there from 17 March to 22 March if they can do any necessary things.
