Myself Muthukumar P. I did my Postgraduate degree in Dept of industrial chemistry (Reg Number -[protected])from Alagappa University in the academic year[protected]. Till now we are waiting for convocation. I am in South Korea and came under a government fellowship next month is the deadline for degree certificate submission. Already they gave 5-times extension but this is the last and final opportunity. If I am not able to submit my degree certificate means my scholarship will be canceled. Most of the students are facing problems like me. Our only mistake did my degree in Alagappa university Karikudi Tamilnadu. Our all kind request is as soon as possible within the one month. Your response and action are most important for all students.

I have already submitted a letter like this five times so this is my last chance 72 people were selected from our country with me 71 out of 72 have submitted their degree certificates except me. I do not know what the situation is there but my condition is very worrying. All the students who came with me have submitted their certificates but as a student studying with a government grant, I cannot do research here beyond their legal schemes in Korean Government.
If you can roughly say when I will get the certificate (Convocation) until then as much as I can here do something I beg them to fall at your feet I beg you to do this for students like me. Please Sir.
