MIS Holder Name: Dolan Champa GuhaRoy Lot No: Sea8 Customer No:RXX0044566 Instrument No: 50018967 Amount: Rs. 1, 20, 000 (One Lac Twenty Thousand) Mobile: [protected], email id: [protected]@yahoo.co.in I am having Monthly Income Scheme of Alchemist Infra Realty Limited, was submitted at Shilpara, Thakurpur Kolkata office on 25th March 2015 for payment of principal amount. However even after five months I have not received my principal amount. Every time I visit their office they come up with different stories. Sometimes they say the thought of paying in cash from the local office, but that did not happened due to some problem and it was send to their head office. Sometimes they say cheque from head office came but I have not contacted them in Shilpara office so the cheque was returned back to head office. However every month I visit their office for the status and I have provided my mobile number and address of residence. Then they come up with different story. As the agent who did the MIS for me is not there so they cannot follow up with Kolkata head office and pursue for release of my cheque or cash. I have already informed that the Agent Mr. Manas Bhattaraya who did my MIS died a year back. Is there is any possibility of getting my money back. The problem is not yet resolved, still 30th Sep 2015, I have not received any refund of my principal amount. The MIS got matured in March 2015

Still the Principal Amount Rs 1, 20, 000 not refunded by Alchemist Infra. I try to contact Branch manger of Alchemist at Sealpara office, thakurpukur, Kolkata. But no effect. Adviced to meet manager at Regional office Ganesh Chandra Avenue. Regional Office adviced to check with Sealpara Branch office. This is the status till 13 Dec 2015. I do not know the address of their head office. Can anyone can provide the address?
I invested Rs.30000/- in MIS which was matured on July.2015.Submitted the Original Certificate as advised by the Agent.Till date neither receive any response nor any official announcement by the Company regarding refund of money.Is it a status of * rating company? Now I want to know whether I will get my hard money refund or not, if yes, then at least give a tentative date.
