Dear Sir /Madam,
This is to inform you that 3000 nos of shares in names Soma ray/ Ramesh kr Ray has been purchased from Toubro Holdings limited now( Alchemist Group ), Regd office - S.C.O. 12-13, Sector - 9D, Chandigarh.
As per the allotment letter, the shares are of Rs. 10/- each. My Redg Folio no[protected], Certificate No - 145943. Distinctive no is from 4288201 to 4291200 .
Shares has got matured on 09 May 2020.
Company office has been shut. No agents are responding. Please do the needful.
