Aldo - India — complaint for aldo watch

It's just been 3 months I bought my Aldo watch from Vivyana mall Thane. The watch which I purchased is loosing its color from Rose gold to silver, never expected this from Big brand like Aldo. I saved bugs from my pocket money & bought that watch. I also have a warranty when I tried contacting Aldo at vivyana mall they refused to replace the product. I was big Aldo fan & have been using products since last 4 years but this is the first time I am not satisfied with the product & I doubt the Authenticity of the product. Please help & reply on given email
