Ali Express — hair accessories

This company is fake i have ordered some hair accessories 2 months back and i haven't received any of them yet. They have taken the money but not delivered my product. I wont buy from here in future i want my money back. The product which i had bought was for my wedding purpose it's soo bad of them that they are disappointing the customers like this. 1 month time was still fine but 2 months? Do you really think this is justified

I have placed order which shown in low rate, they not supplying those products and showing those products not available on site.

After 1-2 days it shows dispatch date 24-6 and receiving date also 24-6
I have not recieved any order
Please think about it that
I live in india how can it be send same day of dispatching
