Ali Express — I am complaining about the business practices | |||
On january 8, 2018 i made an order which i believed to be expedited (Faster than usual) order number [protected] on aliexpress. Guanja sex products factory vendors name. January 10 i read that it would be 8 to 10 day processing time and 10 to 12 days shipping and may be additional delays. Based on the price of the item 171.16 essentially a retail price. I decided to cancel because of the long timeline. If i had been told there would be a processing fee i would have been unhappy but would know that this was reasonable for the vendor and for me. Instead i was told that the item had shipped already. This was untrue according to their own online documentation. These types of dishonest practices are completely unfair to buyers. They allow sellers to sell items they don't have or items that have not been produced without giving enough information to the buyer to make a well informed buying decision. If i had wasted their time making an order they deserve something for that i agree. But being dishonest is not the way to handle the situation. I should not have to endure this kind of seller. There is a buyer protection process but this is just window dressing i tried to make contact and that seems impossible. It doesn't in fact protect buyers. I had to do an internet search in order to find this site. It is virtually impossible to contact aliexpress and have a genuine exchange about vendors and their practices. Everything is to the advantage of the seller without protecting buyers. For my trouble alone i want a complete refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
