Ali Express — last 6 months my product is not reaching me

My name is suganthi v and email with you is [protected]@rediffmail.com. I'm a gold member. I have always purchased stuff from aliexpress app. But since last december i'm not receiving most of my orders... Why is this happening? There are so many apps like wish and others who seek exactly the same product with double the price... Is that why i'm not receiving the products so you can make the buyers go to expensive sites that you offer?

Updated by Suganthi Venkatasubramanian Also the sellers refund but after waiting for so long you see that not only your products are not arrived but the same items and same images are sold with another app with double or triple the price
