Updated by subhocc Before raising "Dispute", I was confirmed by the Screen Short Generated in
AliExpress - India Portal Page(after full payment made by me as Product Value & Shipping Cost) that the Product will be shipped within 7 days after successfully placing the order or the Order will be automatically Closed and the money will be refunded, which never happened, because when the shipment was not done within 7 days
AliExpress keep remain silent and the innocent buyer have to raised "Dispuite Cliam". So, since after waiting near about 15 days after placing the order, when I had discovered that
AliExpress Poertal tracking details clearly mentioning that "Tracking is unavailable", I had full wright to think that the Product was lost in transit and in a ill motive thought both sellers and
AliExpress want to hide this matter until the last date of "60 days buyer Protection Guaranty"was over, so that my Genuine Claim can be delayed. moreover in
AliExpress Order Related Terms and Condition it is not mentioned that
AliExpress sellers responsibly related to dispatched the fully paid order only to cross the Chinese Boder and handover the same to the Govtt of India's
Postal Department, because after receiving full Product value and Full Shipping Cost
AliExpress never tried to get the confirmation from the innocent buyer, how and from which medium will take the responsibility of the delivery from
AliExpress Standard Shipping Medium to other Shipping Medium. So, how
AliExpress Dispute Settlement Team can claimed that it is buyer responsibility to personally visit the unknown Shipping Medium's End and hunt for his/her fully paid product ??when Innocent Buyer raised "Dispute" the wise and very efficent Dispuute settlemment team began to start partial to the fellow countrymen, ie, Chinese Sellers interest and for doing that they start finding the loop holes of the "60 days Buyers Protection Guaranty laws". What a joke??
