Ali Express — money deducted but no products received | |||||
Hi, I ordered some items from ali express site. It's been more than 80 days. The order tracking status was showing completed. But no products received. Hence i opened dispute to refund my money. Now the ali express team disabled my account and i am unable to give feed back also. It's very clever move that only good reviews are retained in the ali express site. And they are removing the user account if they provide true feed back. I lost my money. Please someone help me on getting my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have ordered many things at your website but haven't received half of them. It has been 2 months after the delivering date. I would like you to return the amount or deliver the product.
