Ali Express — order not ok

I bought from aliexpress on july 2nd. My purchase was supposed to be delivered on september 1st but it has never happened. Aliexpress affirms they had delivered in the right address. But who received the package???
When i ask them to prove with the signature from the responsible person for the package and the copy of receipt they don't answer. My dispute has just finished and nobody from help center was supposed to solve the problem. The track numbers provided from aliexpress are not available in brazil. It has been such a stressful and frustrating situation.
