[Resolved]  Ali Express — Product not reach me and no refund

Iam purchase flip cover by ali express on[protected] order id[protected]. and I paid 3.93 dollar which is about rs.278 but seller not send me the product till date, by contact to ali express costomer care they said they have a despute option where we can open despute with seller and ali express also evolved to solve our problem but there is soo complicated procedure I completely not understand and closed despute which they now saying I'm closed a despute so i did not get any refunds they r completely cheaters they never send product and no guarantee for our amount plz take action against ali express and seller YouXinYuan Digital Phone Accessory Store
