Ali Express — seller cheated

Seller shipped order after 12 days and for next 12 days the order did not leave the country of origin only. Now after a month seller has cancled the order and agreed for refund whereas i required the product. Seller does not reply to any message and aliexpress customer service is not helping in this issues.

Updated by nik167 i had ordered the product during sale time and now the price of the product is 50% more than what i had bought it for. so if i get refund and i re order from other seller too, then i have to pay extra money without any reason. aliexpress why do you even keep sale if you dont want to send the order and fool your customers.
