Ali Express — sellers paradise buyers hell

My order is stuck in customs due to incomplete documentation by seller, customs has sent a notice to produce bank statement and invoice. Seller on demand of invoice has sent an under invoiced. Payment debited for $185 invoice given for only $70. Inspire repeated request to aliexpress nor correct invoice is given nor the product delivery. Waiting for refund for last 2 months.

My package is Custom held at Kolkata Air Foreign Rlo Building for over a week now and that too for no reason. The reference Id is R F 7 5 3 2 4 4 6 5 S G. It is a phone cover. Kindly get it delivered as soon as possible.
