Ali Express — Unauthorized payment charged from my credit card

Dear sir

Aliexpress charged me an amount which is not even in my knowledge.
I am a diamond customer and my card was not saved in your application and still aliexpress charged me an amount of 57250.040 pakistani rupees.

I wish to complain for refund of this big amount which is fifty seven thousand two hundred fifty point zero four zero rupees.

Plz help why did this happen as i have placed no further orders at the moment.

Updated by Fahad Imtiaz Khan I have been charged by AliExpress an amount of 57250.040 Pakistani rupees where as I placed no orders ...therefore I appeal AliExpress that I'm your diamond member and need to have my money back which is being charged without any information or any orders
