Alibaba — alibaba seller not deliver my product

I sent laptop inquiry to mr. Usman ahmed thru alibaba.com shopping portal, and he share someone number "contact agron on whatsapp number +[protected]" and told me to contact him for my order, i try to contact him, and mr. Agron said the hp omen 17-inch gaming laptop intel i7-9750h 16gb 512gb cost is $300 and you need to pay $150 advance before shipping, i paid him $150 amount in below account :

Now mr. agron ask me more money to pay him, the amount is excess of product cost, mr. agron force me to pay $200 more before delivery, otherwise they not deliver my product. And now he said pay me more $200 amount otherwise he will not deliver my product and i lost my 50% advance payment

Sir my complaint is i purchase HP Omen 17-Inch Gaming Laptop Intel i7-9750H 16GB 512GB on 28th March 2020 thru online RIGHT TRADE LIMITED.
The HP Omen 17-Inch Gaming Laptop Intel i7-9750H 16GB 512GB cost is 300 USD, as Alibaba Seller RIGHT TRADE LIMITED given me.
The Alibaba Seller RIGHT TRADE LIMITED told me kindly paid 50% 150 USD amount advance before ship.
I said of i agree and Alibaba Seller RIGHT TRADE LIMITED shared someone account details with me. Please check below shared account details which is shared by Alibaba Seller RIGHT TRADE LIMITED with me.

And i made money in shared account by Alibaba Seller RIGHT TRADE LIMITED, Please check attached money debited receipt on above account.

before purchases of product i confirmed with Alibaba Seller RIGHT TRADE LIMITED is this fix price or i need to pay more money, the RIGHT TRADE LIMITED shopkeeper said no sir you no need to pay more, in 300 USD everything is included lodging and boarding.

Now today the Alibaba Seller RIGHT TRADE LIMITED message me send me 200 USD more for custom clearance.
I ask him why you charge me more as we done deal on 300 USD, he said you have to pay custom clearance payment otherwise shipping will not delivery at my doorsteps .
I told him please delivery and i pay you full pending money once i get my product.
He said no you have to pay me right now otherwise your product will not deliver you.

Now He force me to pay more 200 USD. The amount is excess of product cost which we had done on deal.

ANAND & ANAND-Fraud seller in Alibaba

this guys are fraud and you will never get a product from them
they will keep on demand money for some reason and end of the days you will get nothing
