I am having franchisee with alice blue from 4 yrs.. I won't recommend any one with alice blue because there is no service from customer care even after so many mails or calls. They won't feel responsible for the service. There won't be any calls before changing their system. Worst company in stock market companies. They won't feel to resolve the issue. My client transfer some amount in to his account, while sending it showed your amount is in equity but was unable to place the orders.. After chasing them for 1 month they says that your kyc is not updated that's why your account is blocked for equty.. And we had sent a closer form in the month of march and till today we are following to get back amount and for the closer... There is no response... The people who are sitting in the office are just enjoying by putting customers in to problems. Worthless company
