A seller on their sure was advertising original Samsung buds live but when they arrived it was clear they were fakes. The charging case did not work. I lodged dispute, the seller rejected it, sent it off to aliexpress for them to sort out the false advertising and refund my payment, but that did not happen. They found in favour of the seller, even though there is heaps of feedback about this seller . I was asked to provide evidence upon evidence of the problem, which I did but still aliexpress sided with the seller. I tried to contact aliexpress directly but no success. I don't understand why aliexpress is supporting a clearly fraudulent seller who has ripped off hundreds o[censored]s. I even tried leaving bad reviews to warn people but that review disappeared, along with any record of my purchase from my account. The seller was not interested in refunding payment, only solution offered was if I left a 5 star review I would be sent replacement item. Why would I want another fake?
