aliexpress — product not received by consumer and aliexpres don't refund money to consumer | |||
I ordered some cosmetics products 1500 rs. Before 3 months from aliexpress shopping app. But i haven't received my products. Then i requested for refund of money but they don't refund my money and said that my products are delivered. But i haven't received my products and i crossed 3 months now. I message them a lot but they don't reply to me. And suddenly they block my account because of that i can't even open the dispute for refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |||

This is my tracking number - RB[protected]SG. Career is Alex press Standard shipping. The shipment is delayed since 15th June 2018. Current tracking shows it is retained in Kolkata Foreign LCAO. Please look into the issue and do the needful. Thanks.
