aliexpress — received defective/damaged ssd and aliexpress supporting there chinese seller | |||
I have ordered Samsung msata SSD 250 GB from AliExpress against Order No. [protected] from Maker Digital franchise Store but unfortunately the SSD received is Defected and Damaged, I approach seller for this issue and seller agreed and told to open dispute with logistic Problem for full refund without Returning Goods but it's by AliExpress Shipping method, when I told it's handled by AliExpress because of AliExpress shipping method than seller gave me another option open dispute that I no longer need the product with refund only and I'll accept, when I open dispute than seller change from his commitment and told to open dispute return and refund with I no longer need the product, than I came to know seller is a fraud, liar and untrustworthy person. After requesting a seller alot, seller didn't co-operate. After begging, seller agreed for partial return shipping charges but the return shipping charges are high from India even though I agree than seller changes from his own statement and told that after receiving defected damaged SSD than I'll (Seller) refund money, partial shipping cost and product cost, everytime change from his words. So it's not possible to trust this seller who always change from his own commitment, if I'll send the product back to seller by spending full shipping cost and if seller create any problem after receiving it than I'll loose Shipping cost as well as product cost, this is not reliable seller and I want to be safe. Seems seller has send me defected damaged SSD intentionally and trying to cheat me and not cooperating now, really a greedy seller. Than the dispute is escalate to AliExpress judgement team and AliExpress team found the reason valid as per evidence submitted and gave proposal Refund only USD 60.74 without Returning the goods and I accept it and after 3 days they change from there own proposal and give final judgement return goods and refund. I think it's my biggest mistake of trusting AliExpress and purchase but who know AliExpress support there Chinese seller because of Chinese website and encourage there Chinese sellers to cheat customers and do fraud. Not AliExpress and not AliExpress seller stick to there own words, commitment, they both are liar, unprofessional, not reliable. They only destroying reputed name of AliExpress by cheating customers, seems customer is not at all important for them. AliExpress should treat both buyer and seller equally but they are only supporting Chinese seller, it's really a shame on there services. Like this customer will loose there trust on AliExpress and stop purchasing. It's none where my fault even though I cooperate and give valid evidence even though they support there Chinese community. Hope they take this matter seriously and review this case again and do proper judgement and stick to there proposal as a genuine and trustworthy website. I don't want to loose my money because it's none where my fault, I want to be in safe hands. Please help me Otherwise I have to approach Credit Card Company to Charge Back my amount.
