I have purchased on about 12.12.17 'switch 100 dt" batch no. 6133421 mfg november 2016 (Photo attached) from global pharmacy, shantivan, borivali east, mumbai 400066.
Patient, my father who is above ninty years age, was complaining about stomuch upset on taking the tablets. Last table we broke open. We found some foreign black object in the tablet (Photo attached). Immediatly this was shown & reported to global pharmacy. They informed that matter will be taken as and when company distrbutor will visit there shop. There was no action or reply from pharmacy.
You are requested to look into the matter and revert back.
