All India Council For Technical Education [Aicte] — Didn't receive my gate stipend yet, but in my aicte portal it's showing amount credited

Sir/madam
My name is krishnapriya g b, doing my mtech in applied electronics and instrumentation, I am eligible for receiving gate stipend, yet till date I haven't received anything, my classmates started receiving money, I looked up at the portal which says amount is credited on 6th April 2021 but it has not been reflected in my bank balance, it's still just the same
Please look into this matter as soon as possible
