All India Council For Technical Education [Aicte] — Iam complaining about my college is demanding us to pay fee before September 30 or else they will remove my name's from register

I am a student persuing third year from annamacharya institute of technology and sciences tirupathi
My colllege is demanding students to pay 61000 fee before September 30 2020
If students didn't pay fee then they will include a fine of 50 rupess per day as late fee
They are demanding us to pay .and hey are also saying that if we didn't pay with in October then they will remove name's from register
My father is a farmer how can I pay 61000 in lock down
So they I am requesting u to interfear as soon as possible
