[Resolved]  All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — amount is debited but it showing not paid

I had made payment for final registration on 23.02.2018. And amount (1500/-) also debited from my account. But it is returned to the dashboard and saying sorry for the inconvenience we are unable to process transaction. Try again later. Because of this my registration is pending. I noticed that many people were having this issue from previous year. I also emailed to them what happened at last year by taking their email address from complaint board. They said at last they paid again and got accepted. But money is not refunded till now. I don't except such an unfair issue from an reputed institute.
