Every time i visit the rp centre clinic there is one lady guard who attends the patients and collect their file and cards... And this is the 5th time i visited for follow up and the same lady was there and her name is madhubala and she always misbehaves with the patients and she is even loud with the doctors. UHID :[protected], As per appointment dt: 13.04.18, 12.30 PM, I senior citizen reached hospital at 11.30 on 13.04.18. Doctor saw me 17.30 and advise to take appointment for OCT test in room no. 58. I reached room no. 58, but the staff went away . I try my best to take appointment on line, but not to do. Kindly help me.R.K.Agrawal, Ph. [protected].
