All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — fee payment not yet done even after debiting the amount from account

22.02.2019 aiims website shows payment option even after debiting amount from the account... It make me complicated.. Today itself. The exam cities in my state kerala has completely occupied... And if this transaction problem is not even solved on the next day... I could not get exam city even in my neibouring state... Plz help me... Iam looking for an appropriate solution
