Since past few days we have to take strecher to operation theater ourself. And the nurses refused to clean the urine bag of the patient. We ourself have to do all the patient regarding work. At night the compunder who have to give nas thesia was not available which resulted in delayed operation
Quickly try to resolve these problems.
In case of any emergency no one will be there to attend the victim
