All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — not able to proceed ahead due to payment issue

I did the payment last week and amount got deducted from account but still its showing payment not completed. When i try to pay again, then its showing "a payment has already been initiated for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed.".
What should i do now. All seats in my city is already got filled.
Please do the needful.
