All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — surgery delayed in cardiothoracic department in aiims delhi

Many patients have been waiting for their surgery since two years. Still they haven't got final date of admission while they have been charged surgery amount which is varies from 50, 000 to 2, 50, 000 or more. Amount already paid by them 2 years before.
Most of the patients and their family members are extremely fed up.
