Allahabad Bank — about refund not credited in my a/c

I book train tickets on irctc. And i cancelled it. It has been more than 10 days since i cancelled the tickets. But my refund is not coming. I have mail irctc to complaint about refund they gave me the refund id and asked me to ask the bank.

Bank refund tranx id [protected] kindly please take necessary action.
And please i want my money back.
