[Resolved]  Allahabad Bank — amazon refunded amount not reflect to my account

I have ordered 38 nos. of books/items from amazon.com dated 24 July 2018 and paid the amount online by my ALLAHABAD BANK ATM CARD; and I have returned 28 nos. of books/items on dated 06 august 2018; details of books/ items & amount are given below: -

Amazon.com says to me

Then Some numbers of books/items amount are reflect in any account on dated 06 august 2018 & 08 august 2018. Those books/ items number are 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, 12, 23, 24 & 25 in the given books/items list.
after that balance books/items amount not reflect in my account.
