Allahabad Bank — amount deducted from account in spite of surrendering and blocking the atm card to bank

I hold account in allahabad bank kk nagar chennai branch. I had surrendered my atm card in 2013, but the bank authorities have deducted amount with out my knowledge as atm charges from 2015 till 2019. When i went to bank they said they will credit back in 10 days it's been a month till now i have not got my money nor reply from bank. Kindly help me to get the money back
