Allahabad Bank — amount not updated in account

I had purchased a product from Amazon.in worth Rs14999/= through my Debit Card from Allahabad Bank. But the product is not working properly, So, I returned that product. Amazon has initiated the refund and refund in my account on 13th Dec 2020 and gave me the last date of credited to my account max by 18th of Dec 2020. But the amount is not credited to my account. Amazon said that they had credited to my debit card and I have to talk to my Bank for it, So I had met the manager there but they are saying, talk to Amazon for it. I also sent an email regarding the same to Allahabad bank at br, [protected]@allahabadbank.in but didn't get any response even. I got frustrated with it and finally I emailed to Indian Bank as Allahabad Bank got merged in it. SIr please look into the matter and resolve the issue and help me.
